Can cause significant yield losses of up to 30% overseas. Symptoms 50-200 mm long, 5-10 mm wide spindle (cigar) shaped leaf lesions with dead tissue in the centre. Favoured by rain and warm conditions. Spread Spores are spread by wind and wind-blown rain.
