Kyra Murray

Kyra joined PHA as a Project Officer in the Partnerships and Innovation team.

Prior to working at PHA, Kyra held various administrative roles from 2010 in Aviation, Legal and, most recently, Healthcare industries. Working in WA, NT and now in the ACT across private and state sectors and as a small business owner.

Kyra also has undertaken various service roles in the hospitality industry in WA. At the same time, Kyra participated in training exercises and volunteer roles as part of the Royal Australian Airforce Active Reserves as a Leading Aircraftswoman working within Airbase Protection from 2007.

Kyra recently graduated from UWA with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, minoring in Science and Policy: Climate Change, Environmental Planning and Urban Environments. To further her interests in science and research-informed projects and policy, Kyra is pursuing part-time study at ANU for a Masters of Science in Quantitative Biology and Bioinformatics.

Invested in bringing together her governance and secretariat knowledge with her stakeholder engagement experience, Kyra participated in the Audrey Fagan Board Traineeship Program in 2021. Run by the ACT Office for Women. Through that experience and mentorship, Kyra credits her current appointments as the Secretary for Diversity ACT and Chair of their Health and Wellbeing Committee.
