Plant Health Australia (PHA) is reminding all Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) Parties to ensure their Contact for Notices details are current.

Under Clause 31 of the EPPRD, Notices and official communications are issued to the Contact for Notices listed in Schedule 2 of the Deed. It is the responsibility of each Party to ensure these details remain up to date and that relevant information is circulated internally to the appropriate people.

The latest version of the EPPRD, including Schedule 2 – Contacts for Notices, is available on the PHA website. Parties are encouraged to review their organisation’s listing and confirm the nominated Contact for Notices remains current.

If your organisation’s nominated Contact for Notices has changed, or the details listed in Schedule 2 are no longer current, please contact the PHA Response Team. A Contact for Notices form will be provided to enable the change to be incorporated into Schedule 2 of the EPPRD. The form must be authorised by an appropriate representative of your organisation, such as the Chief Executive Officer, President or Chair.
