Fostering government-industry partnerships in biosecurity is at the heart of why PHA exists and why we continue to be valued by our Members.

To maintain the integrity, responsiveness, and capability of the national plant biosecurity system, stakeholders must be able to participate and have a mechanism that allows them to reach shared decisions with mutually beneficial outcomes.

Member engagement is a high priority for PHA and this occurs at various points throughout the year: 

• Annual Operational Plan (AOP) presentation
• General Meeting (GM)
• Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In addition to formal Member meetings, the Plant Industry Forum Committee, Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed Signatories, and Plant Industry Biosecurity Committee meetings are scheduled throughout the year.
