Updates to EPPRD and PLANTPLAN
A new version of the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) was issued on Thursday 16 July 2026. The amendments include minor updates to Contact for Notices in Schedule 2.
Updates to Contact for Notices have been made for the following Parties: The State of Tasmania; Australian Ginger Industry Association Inc.; Australian Macadamia Society Ltd.; Greenlife Industry Australia Ltd.; Passionfruit Australia Inc.; and Queensland Fruit and Vegetable Growers Ltd.

Amendments have also been made to PLANTPLAN (Part 3, Guidelines), specifically Section 8.8 (Minutes) of the Consultative Committee on Emergency Plant Pest (CCEPP) operating guidelines, as endorsed by Parties at the 43rd EPPRD meeting.
No other changes have been made to PLANTPLAN, and the version and issue date of the full manual remain unchanged.
