A new version of the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) was issued on Monday 29 July 2024 to include the updated Confidentiality Deed Poll in Schedule 9.

The Confidentiality Deed Poll assists in the management of confidential information shared between signatories during a biosecurity incident. Further information on the Deed Poll can be found in the endorsed Confidentiality Deed Poll Guideline available on the Plant Health Australia (PHA) website.
