Recent updates have been made to the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) issued on Saturday 4 January 2025.

A review of the Deed of Accession for Australian Processing Tomato Research Council (APTRC) resulted in amendments to Schedule 7 (the table of Crop, Crops, or sub-groups of Crops represented by Plant Health Australia Members). APTRC is now more accurately listed as representing Tomatoes – processing, instead of the previous designation of Tomatoes – canning.
