The National Plant Biosecurity Status Report for 2019 was released this week by Plant Health Australia (PHA), bringing together contributions from over 100 government, industry and research organisations.
PHA publishes the report annually to provide a comprehensive overview of the state of plant biosecurity in Australia in the previous calendar year. More

The training focused on how a biosecurity emergency response works and the role of an industry liaison during a response. More

The ninth Annual Diagnostician’s Workshop held in Brisbane on 3 and 4 March 2020 brought together diagnosticians from Australia and New Zealand to share their current diagnostic activities and experiences.
The 84 attendees represented 19 organisations including all jurisdictions, the Australian Government, the New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industries, Scion Research, CSIRO, Sugar Research Australia, multiple universities and PHA. More
