Plant Health Australia’s (PHA) Annual Operational Plan 2026–27 was published in June 2026. At the time of publication, however, the full suite of Local Value of Production (LVP) data required to calculate Member subscriptions for 2026–27 were not available.

Individual subscription levels vary between years due to changes in LVP across plant industries. Member subscriptions are calculated in accordance with the three-year rolling average formula set out in the PHA Constitution.

LVP is calculated using figures published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES), or where these data are unavailable, a source deemed appropriate by PHA’s Directors.

At the time the Annual Operational Plan was published, a reduced set of LVP statistics from the ABS were available. PHA has since worked with Members to estimate relevant LVP levels for industries where data were unavailable.
