Lorissa has extensive experience working in digital communication, social media and biosecurity response within the Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.

More recently, Lorissa has worked within Biosecurity Queensland where she led digital projects to raise awareness of biosecurity risks, develop training courses and platforms, and promote positive behaviour change among stakeholders. Lorissa joins PHA to use her relationship-building, communication and engagement experience in her learning and development role.
