Our professional and skilled team work to achieve outcomes for Members through implementation of the Strategic Plan, and associated Annual Operational Plan. PHA’s national office is located in Deakin, Canberra with staff based in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
Dr Carolyn Blomley
Dr Carolyn Blomley joined PHA in August 2022 in the role of Project Officer in the Emergency Response team. In March 2023, Carolyn took on the Emergency Response Coordinator role, and has now transitioned into the role of Manager, EPPRD.
Carolyn has a strong background in plant pathology, project management and stakeholder engagement, and holds a PhD in plant pathology and microbial ecology.
She will be working on the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) and incursion management activities.
