Jonathan is the General Manager of Partnerships at PHA. He works closely with members and other key partners to strengthen partnerships across the plant biosecurity system and leads the delivery of training initiatives and key biosecurity programs that support surveillance and preparedness efforts.

Before joining PHA in 2019, Jonathan spent over 10 years with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in various policy, program and service delivery roles related to biosecurity, drought, climate change and water.

He has a Bachelor of Horticultural Science (Honours) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Environmental Science from Macquarie University.
