Caitlin joined PHA as Project Officer, Digital Systems in September 2024. She has spent the last few years working in private land conservation, working with landholders and project proponents around nature markets and restoration projects. Working with Trust for Nature Victoria, Caitlin enthusiastically led system and process improvements, and she is now bringing this passion to the Digital Systems team at PHA.

Caitlin has prior experience across quality and continuous improvement, process automation, and emergency pollution response activities. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Development.
