An experienced marketing and communications professional, Amanda was appointed as PHA’s National Manager, Marketing and Communications in February 2021 and promoted to General Manager, Corporate Services in August 2024.

Amanda has a degree in Communication Science from Unisa and a post-graduate in Business Management from Henley Business School. Prior to working at PHA, Amanda held a few positions in the Northern Territory Public Sector including Communications Manager at the Northern Territory (NT) Department of the Chief Minister and Department of Primary Industry and Resources (DPIR). During her time at NT DPIR, she worked with the National Citrus Canker Eradication Program team and on the NT African Swine Fever pre-response public information campaigns.

Since joining PHA, Amanda has delivered key national projects such as the National Biosecurity Training Hub and National Biosecurity Week while creating a framework for many of the company’s reporting functions.

Amanda’s track record of achieving results, combined with her lifelong learning has shaped her diverse career path and experience across a variety of industries.
