In her role as Acting Manager, Learning & Development, Zoe leads the development and delivery of learning programs that strengthen Australia’s plant industries biosecurity capability. Zoe is experienced working with PHA Members, government and industry stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design simulation exercises and training that build capability and capacity in the biosecurity system.

Before joining PHA, Zoe worked for the Australian Government at Food Standards Australia New Zealand and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), delivering policy, projects, and education initiatives to strengthen Australia’s food safety and biosecurity systems. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University (ANU).
