Nick is an experienced learning design and development professional with more than 20 years delivering training for national and state programs, mainly in the financial and government transport sectors.

He is a learning and capability all-rounder, working across design, development, facilitation, strategy and project management.

Nick was raised on farms in the South West Slopes of New South Wales and still manages a small cattle farm near Coolac. This background keeps him connected to the land and gives him a practical understanding of primary production.

He holds qualifications in learning design and development, as well as conservation and land management This reflects his long-standing interest in the natural sciences. Nick’s approach is learner-focused, practical and sustainable, ensuring training meets real needs and supports better outcomes for industry and the environment.
