Jimmy Lu is a Service Operations Engineer in Plant Health Australia’s Digital Systems team, with a focus on IT service management, system reliability, and user‑centred delivery of national biosecurity platforms.

He leads the end‑to‑end delivery of PHA Digital Systems, from stakeholder engagement through to release, change, and user adoption.
