Katelyn Rossiter is PHA’s People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, she supports the delivery of people and culture activities across the organisation, including HR administration, recruitment, employee support and workplace initiatives.

Katelyn brings broad HR and recruitment experience across the private, government, tertiary education and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, contract administration and inclusion initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, and is a Registered Migration Agent. Katelyn is also completing postgraduate studies in psychology and is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and delivering practical people solutions.
