A new version of the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) was issued on Tuesday 16 December 2025. The amendments include updated Party contact details and references to the ‘Emergency Plant Pest Response Levy’ have been replaced with ‘Biosecurity Response Component’ to reflect recent changes in legislation.
