A new version of the Emergency Plant Pest Response Deed (EPPRD) was issued on Friday 14 November 2025. Amendments included changes to the contact details of the Australian Cane Growers’ Council Ltd. and the Australian Tea Tree Industry Association Ltd., as well as changes to the Emergency Plant Pest Response Levy arrangements for the Australian Macadamia Society Ltd. and Avocados Australia Ltd. In addition, Western Australia had provided an updated Biosecurity Statement.
