Jo has a strong background in agricultural research and project management, working many years with the Victorian DPI at Rutherglen and more recently with CSIRO PI in Canberra. She has more than 20 years experience in Rhizobium legume research working on grain, pasture and native legume projects across Australia, as well as joint projects with overseas collaborators.
Jo works on projects involved in promoting and capturing information from industry-based surveillance activities for plant pests and the Grains On-farm Biosecurity Program.
