James Horne
Project Officer
James Horne joined PHA as a Project Officer under PHA’s
graduate program, working in the National Strategies and
Policy Coordination area. James graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in plant science in 2010. He studied ecology,
ecosystem and plant identification, plant pathology, plant molecular biology and
biotechnology, advanced mathematics, environmental issues in civil engineering
and cell and microbiology.
