James commenced work at PHA as a Project Officer in November 2006. He obtained degrees in Science and Commerce from the University of Otago before moving from New Zealand to Canberra in 2006.
James has worked most recently at the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation. He will be tasked with a range of activities including the administration of the NPSRT and PHER databases.
