Annual Operational Plans
The Annual Operational Plan (AOP) outlines Plant Health Australia's operational priorities, outcomes and actions for the year. The AOP is reviewed before the end of each financial year, and this review is distributed to members along with a draft of the Annual Operational Plan for the coming year.
A General Meeting of members is planned towards the end of each financial year so that members may provide feedback and input into each new Annual Operational Plan.
